Year of Project: 2005 to 2010
Scope of Project: Interior design, construction supervision, purchasing and installation for 4 bedroom, 4 ½ bath, beachfront 4,000 square foot condos for numerous individual owners.
Special requirements: Most of my clients hired me to design both for their private use and for rentals.
Design Approach: To make the design cost effective we did variations on a theme where some of the items would repeat from residence to residence but with different fabrics, finishes, art and accessories.
Conclusion: On time, and on budget. I still work with the majority of these clients on special projects finding Mexican art, special furniture pieces, replacing items and refreshing the residence.
