Scope of Project: The client wanted to refresh the public areas of their residence, which is also used for rentals.

Special requirements: The client wanted Mexican furnishings that could stand up to heavy rentals as well as the tropical climate.

Design Approach: The architecture was by Pepe de Iturbe who is known for his sophisticated, contemporary and colorful architecture. Out of respect for the architecture all items selected had to be as bold in scale, style and color as the architecture.

Conclusion: Six months in completing this project, with both interior and construction alterations.
