for 4 bedroom, 4 \u00bd bath, beachfront 4,000 square foot condos for numerous individual owners.<\/p>\n<p>Special requirements: Most of my clients hired me to design both for their private use and for rentals.<\/p>\n<p>Design Approach: To make the design cost effective we did variations on a theme where some of the items would repeat from residence to residence but with different fabrics, finishes, art and accessories.<\/p>\n<p>Conclusion: On time, and on budget.
